Rosemary Thornton, 74, of Lawton, passed away May 7, 2024 at Bronson Commons in Mattawan. Rosemary was born April 23, 1950 in Battle Creek, the daughter of William and Mary (Brandt) Cosgrove. Rosemary was a private caregiver for many years and enjoyed reading and working puzzles. She was also an avid fan of the Detroit Tigers and Elvis.
Rosemary is survived by her daughter, Pat Brewer; four grandchildren, Marissa, Rachel, Deontray and Jamary; six siblings, Paul, Jean, Ruth, Veronica, William and Donald. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister and two brothers.
Family and friends are welcome to gather for a time of visiting on Saturday, June 1, 2024 from 1 – 3 PM at Adams Funeral Home, 502 W. Michigan Ave., Paw Paw, MI 49079. Memorial contributions may be directed to a charity of choice.
