BROWN, Rosetta Branch "Jinksy," 75, of Chesterfield, died Sunday, February 1, 2009. She was 1951 graduate of Carver High School, Chester, Va., and retired from Philip Morris Inc. in 1985. She was predeceased by a son, Curtis Brown Jr. She leaves to cherish her memory four loving and devoted children, Ronald F. Brown (Betty), Cherryl D. Brown-Kennedy (James), devoted caregiver, Tyrone L. Brown Sr. (Virginia) and Melody M. Brown (Fenley); 12 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; stepsister, Rose Turner; devoted cousins, Beatrice Jefferson, Grace Branch White, Barbara Jones, Carolyn Whitlock and Henry Branch Jr.; devoted friends, Mary Downey, Patricia Armstead, Annette Anderson Bey and Pinkeye Louise Branch; other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull Street, where funeral services will be held 12 noon Friday, February 6, 2009. Rev. Floyd A. Miles officiating. Interment Dale Memorial Park. Special thanks to MCV House Call and Ruth Wesis, Nurse Practitioner.
