Rosie Esther Lee Callier, daughter of Robert and Sadie Lee, was born on August 13, 1929, in Gadsden, Alabama. Rosie graduated from Phylis Wheatley High School and attended St.

Philips College; worked at Morning Side Manor as a Nurse. She was married to the late Leroy Callier Sr, who preceded her in death of sixty-one years of marriage. She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Beatrice Swain and Lucille Francine Hinton; three brothers, Crawford "Toby" Lee; Francy Lee; and Daniel Lee; her son-in-law, Herbert Bennett; and her daughter-in-law, Charlotte R. Callier and Grandson Troy L. Callier. She was a cherished mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She departed this life on November 15, 2025, in Missouri City, Texas. Rosie accepted Christ as her personal Savior at an early age in Alabama. She was a member of Mt. Calvary B/C until her illness. Her love for bingo, delight in playing the piano and organ, and enjoyment of watching Jeopardy on television will always be fondly remembered.

Rosie Ester Lee Callier leaves behind four children and their spouses: Leroy Jr. (Pam) Callier; Rita Bennett; Glen (Brenda) Callier and William (Stephanie)Callier: grandchildren:

Kavin Bennett; Mark Bennet; LeRoy Callier III; LaRhonda Callier; Tawana Cooper; Miracle Callier and Tiffaney (Keith) Hunter. Her Great grandchildren: Kavin Bennett Jr.
