We are in complete awe of our strong-willed, fiery red-headed daughter. Her Daddy received her, helping bring her into this world where she gifted us with the most incredible 6.5 hours we've ever known. We were blown away by her noises, how reactive she was to touch and sound - even crying out at her Papa's scratchy beard when he kissed her perfectly chunky cheeks. As well as popping her eyes open when we played her song, as if to say "Hey! I know this, I've heard it only a million and one times."

She is survived by her two very proud parents, Devin and Tiffani, her grandparents Christine and Stephen Speth as well as countless aunts, uncles and cousins. She is preceded in death by her loving grandparents Debbie and Scott Coleman. 

Her birth and her passing were days of extreme love and peace. There were too many perfect coincidences to be coincidences and we could not have asked for a better labor and delivery. "The name Rowan is of Irish origin and means "little red one". Rowan is associated with the color red, which symbolizes passion and courage."
