My best friend growing up was Cabell, Roxane's brother. Because Cabell and I were so close, I got to know Roxane too.

When Cabell got his drivers licence, he had to drive Roxane to horseback riding lessons on Saturday mornings at 6am. He acted like it was a chore, but he would tell me about conversations they would have as they drove out into the country. You could tell it meant a lot to both of them.

God bless both of you and I'm so happy you are together again!

Our dear Roz, sister and friend. I am so glad we found out together that
no Jesus, no peace ~ know Jesus, know peace!
Though all of us will miss you terribly, our comfort and blessed assurance is knowing that you are finally at peace. You are finally with our King. You will never again be hungry, you will never again be sick , you will never again be sad and you will never again be alone. It is truly our own human selfishness that we dare to miss you when you are in the arms of our Savior.

Finally, to quote Anell, "I personally feel a lot safer on earth, knowing you are up there on my side".

Roxane will stay in the hearts of her family of friends from The Home Depot. She gave many years to the Kid's Workshop...an apron with her name on it, will continue to hang on our board "in her memory" always. I am so happy she saw that apron a few months ago with her name...she knew she was loved by us. Roxane was professional and knowledgeable in Hardware as well as an excellent key-maker and re-keyer. She was willing to help customers as well as associates who were in need. She was kind and approachable...her memory will live forever in our hearts. I will miss you, Roxane!! God bless us all.

Roxane,
I know you are in Heaven looking down on us, I want you to know you will be deeply missed. You are loved by more than you know. Logan (my son) loved you so much. He loved coming to kids workshops at HD just to see you. He is has Pal Mickey sitting on his shelf with the outfit you brought back from Disney on him with Picture of you beside him. My dear friend until we see each other again watch over us and always know you will always be a special part of our family.
To Roxane's Family,
Our hearts go out to you in this time of sorrow And Our Prayers are with you.

God rejoices at the death of his saints. Now he has welcomed home his cherished daughter, Roxanne. I am honored to have known and worked with Roxanne. She was a kind and sensitive person. I will miss her. I can just imagine, with a smile, the expression on Roxanne's face when she stepped into eternity. Her eyes wide and dazzled, friends and family that were there to greet her and welcome her home. To Roxanne's friends and family left behind I send my deepest sympathy.

Roxane was a wonderful person who helped me create some life-long memories that I will treasure for years to come.

She was a part of our family. I remember her being there for every event in my life, no matter how insignificant it seemed to others, if it was important to me, it was important to her. She was there for my school proms, every major holiday, my graduation, my wedding, my daughter's birth and dedication, family vacations and birthdays.

A few of my favorite things about her were: Orange Tic-Tacs, fuzzy posters, Uno, sunburnt feet, changing the radio station, getting lost, New Kids on the Block concert tickets, swimming lessons, Witch Duck Road (on the way to Virginia Beach), handwriting with flair, Duke University, lots of laughter, and that flight last summer to Disney and back home. Great memories that are mine!

I know heaven has another angel, but I sure do miss her here.
