Although we have had a tumultuous relationship including a nearly twelve year lapse in communication, I can't help but think of the good times that we've had. I remember most vividly our time in Atlantic city- especially those times that you and I played blockjack at the Taj and, even more so, the time that you invited my then-girlfriend and I to watch Tom Jones perform at the resorts.
I truly can't believe you are gone-especially because we had so much to repair in our relationship. I am just thankful that Dawn sought amends on my behalf before you went to meet your Maker, i.e., our Lord, Jesus Christ
Although I was not able to be there at your passsing and, more importantly, although I was not able to personally share my sentiments, I know that we will meet again at the pearly gates of His Kingdom.
And now, at your passing from this world, I sing to you a song of afrewell...
May choirs of angels lead you into paradise, and may the martyrs to welcome you to bring you home into the holy city, so you may dwell in new Jerusalem. May holy anglesbe there at your welcoming, with all the saints who go before you there, that you may know the peace and joy of paradise; that you may enter into everlasting rest.
