Roy Raber Obituary
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday January 28th at Alexander Funeral Home with Ben Raber officiating. Burial will follow at Prairie Township Cemetery, Holmesville, Ohio.
Friends may call Tuesday January 27th from 12 noon to 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Roy was born January 5, 1950, in Millersburg, Ohio and was the son of Melvin A. and Katie (Miller) Raber. Roy worked at Owens-Illinois for 30 years.
Roy is survived by his children Dennis Raber of Wooster, David Raber of Nevada, Dustin (Stephanie) Raber of Holmesville, Ohio; former wife Amanda (Miller) Raber; grandchildren Erin, Sebastian (Nicole), Oakley; step grandchildren Georgia and Scarlett; great-grandchildren Elaine and Hesten; brothers Eli (Clara) Raber of Sugarcreek, Mel Raber of Charm; sisters Anna Miller of Baltic, Fanny Hochstettler of Charm; sisters-in-law Verba Raber of Charm, Mary Raber of Charm, and brother-in-law Emanuel Miller of Charm.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Andy and Henry, sister Mary Miller, brothers-in-law Marvin Miller and Jake Hochstettler, and sisters-in-law Fannie Raber, Barbara Raber and Celesta Raber.
