Roy Franklin Surratt, 89, of St. Clairsville, OH passed away on January 29, 2023 at Wheeling Hospital. He was born on December 1, 1933 to the late Arnold and Elva (Robson) Surratt. He was preceded in death by three sisters. He is survived by his wife Barbara Jean (Yarnevic) Surratt, three sons Roy Surratt, Matt Surratt, and Thomas Surratt, four sisters Maxine, Caroline, Martha, Madalyn, and Dorthy. There will be no services at this time and Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
