Roy Gene White III, 40, of Royse City, passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2025, in Dallas, Texas. A memorial service will be held 2:00 P.M., Saturday, November 29, 2025, at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Nicholas Costello officiating. He will be laid to rest at D/FW National Cemetery.

Roy was born on January 1, 1985, in Blytheville, Arkansas, to Roy Gene White II and Karen Bowen.

He is survived by his loving wife, Jessica White, and his children Silas, Piper, Wyatt, Madyson, and Alesia; and mother, Karen White.

He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Gene White II.

A proud Marine Corps Veteran, Roy honorably served for 12 years, reaching the rank of Staff Sergeant, with multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Following his service, he built a career as a Network Engineer at Corgan Architecture, where he was respected for his skill, dedication, and professionalism. On January 23, 2015, Roy married the love of his life, Jessica, and together they created a home filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.

Roy was known for his larger-than-life personality, his quick wit, and his infectious sense of humor. He loved video games, Magic the Gathering, fried chicken, and spending time with friends and family. His storytelling was legendary-complete with hilarious sound effects and animated gestures-that could light up any room and keep everyone laughing. He had a unique ability to make people feel seen, supported, and entertained all at once.

Above all, Roy loved Jesus and his family. He had a generous heart, a joyful spirit, and a gift for bringing happiness to those around him. He leaves behind a legacy of laughter, love, and unforgettable memories that will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
