Royce Frederick "Fred" Carrigan Jr.

I remember Fred as a nice and handsome young man. He was 10 years older than me and he and my brother, Edward were best friends and even joined the Navy together. The Carrigan's were our best neighbors where we grew up in Odessa, Tx.
My heartfelt condolences and may God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
