Ruby O. Beardslee

BEARDSLEE, Ruby O. - age 75, died Saturday, December 16, 2006 at Genesys Health Park. Cremation has taken place and a private memorial service will be held. Ruby was born April 15, 1931 in Flint, the daughter of Bernard L. and Melvina (Schooley) Shaw. She married Lester H. Beardslee on July 8, 1950 and he preceded her in death on May 5, 2003. Surviving are: son, Dale Beardslee of Grand Blanc; five grand children, James, Gary, Allen, Vickie, Mark; three great-grandchildren; brother, Percy (Carlita) Shaw of Swartz Creek; sister, Eloise Starkey of Fenton; brother-in-law, Robert Dart of Swartz Creek; many nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by: infant son, Dannie Beardslee in 1954, three brothers, Howard, Ray and Guy Shaw; sister, Alice Dart.
