I met Ruby right after she lost her husband Fred. He was truly the love of her life! My late husband and Fred were friends from their railroad days. My husband took care of projects for Ruby for years after Freds passing. Ruby was always the nicest person and so caring. I have tried to reach her for a few years and recently heard of her passing. It was no shock that her passing came on her Anniversary. In true Ruby Brown fashion she met Fred in the Heavens on their anniversary! A true love story! I will forever be grateful for our friendship and all the fun we had in Florida bookstore shopping and beach house time. She was a true blessing! My condolences to all who knew her and her family and friends. She blessed everyone she met with her sweet smile and no frill down to earth personality. Ruby was the definition of a true Christian. She loved everyone with all their flaws and always met every predicament with grace. I will truly miss her.
