Mrs. Ruby Fields,79, from Conley, Georgia, formerly of Wando, South Carolina, entered eternal rest on Thursday, October 9, 2025.
She leaves to cherish her memories her husband, Rufus Joe Fields; children: Tracy Fields and Teri Fields Stratton (Jeremy); siblings: Emma Brown, Dina Mincey, Nancy Leach, and William Mitchell; a host of sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents: Rueben and Martha Mitchell; siblings: Julia Johnson, Virginia"Cleo" Murray, Deloris Mitchell, Mattie Jenkins, Louise Davis, John Mitchell, Howard Mitchell, and Barbara Mitchell; mother-in-law, Rebecca Fields; and father-in-law, Rufus Fields.
