She was preceded in death by her parents: Rueben and Martha Mitchell; siblings: Julia Johnson, Virginia"Cleo" Murray, Deloris Mitchell, Mattie Jenkins, Louise Davis, John Mitchell, Howard Mitchell, and Barbara Mitchell; mother-in-law, Rebecca Fields; and father-in-law, Rufus Fields.
