Ruby Carolyn Grigsby, 79, of Harrogate, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2026 at her home. She was born in Pineville, Kentucky on January 25, 1947, and was the daughter of the late Paul and Opal Leath. Ruby was a member of Trinity Methodist Church in Middleboro. She had worked at many different places through the years, from Newberry’s in Pineville, where she met George, to finally retiring from Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate.
Survivors include her husband of 60 years, George Grigsby; son, Donnie Grigsby and wife, Jessica; grandchildren, Taylor, Andy, Brooklyn and Cayden; great-grandchildren, Abigail, Brook and Hayden; and a host of other family members, and many dear friends.
Private cremation services are being cared for at the Arnett & Steele Cremation Center. Arnett & Steele Valley Chapel in Harrogate is honored to be serving the Grigsby family.
