Ruby Louise Hall Holcombe, age 83, of Honea Path, and wife of the late Donald Rodney Holcombe, passed away on Friday, June 21, 2024, at NHC of Anderson.
Born in Laurens, she was a daughter of the late Benjamin Franklin and Lila Reid Hall. A member of Bethel Baptist Church, she enjoyed gospel music and walking. She was employed with Union Carbide/Kemet with over 20 years of service and retired from Ferscia with over 10 years of service.
She is survived by her children, Johnny Holcombe (Jackie) of Honea Path and Robin Cox of Rocky Mountain, NC; and grandchildren, Summer Holcombe, Sky Holcombe and Corrie Cox.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her brothers, Robert Hall, Ben Hall, Walter Hall, Albert Hall, Buck Hall, and George Hall; her sisters, Beatrice Spencer and Omega Todd; and her son in law, David Cox.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00AM, on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery conducted by Rev. Tommy Lowe and Rev. Allen Gregory.
The family will receive friends immediately following the graveside service.
