Ruby Lee Jackson

Ruby Lee Jackson was born in Summerlee West Virgina to Bejamin Sr and Louvenia LaPrade; she was the eldest of 8 children.
She is preceded in death by her parents Benjamin and Louvenia and her siblings Bejamin Jr, Earl, Herbert, George, James, and Gladys and daughter in-law Betty lean LaPrade. She leaves behind her only child Daniel Edward LaPrade Sr and his children her grandchildren Kim Nyameke, Daniel Edward LaPrade Jr and his wife Becky LaPrade, Sharon Denise LaPrade, and Angie Deloris LaPrade. Her great and great-great grandchildren Robert and Keisha Nnadi, Burrell, Naphtali and Laci LaPrade, Jaylyn, Malik and Trikaya LaPrade, Uriel LaPrade, Elysia LaPrade, Christopher LaPrade Lawrence Burgess 3rd, Kevin LaPrade Cairo, Kai LaPrade Zyler, Dominic, Noah and her baby sister Edith Jenkins. She has a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. Our grandma lived a long and interesting life.
She has overcome many challenges. A young mother at 15 did domestic work to support herself and family. She married only once. Her favorite activities were going to bingo with her sister. She lived a simple private life, being very protective of her history. Now she can rest easily. Her work here is complete.
