Ruby Johnson Obituary
Ruby Lee Johnson, 89 of Tampa, Florida, a retired educator and administrator, in Brevard and Palm Beach Counties, passed away quietly on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 in Tallahassee, Florida.
Ruby Lee Johnson, was born in Palmetto Florida. She was the 14th of 18 children born to Moody and Angeline Johnson.
Survivors who will always cherish her memory and legacy are, one daughter, Movia Johnson Miller; one granddaughter, Mikael Miller-Stevens (Larry); one precious great-granddaughter, MyKenzie Rose Stevens, all of Tallahassee, Florida; A special nephew, Roger Sims of Virginia; her loving brother and sister; Dr. Simon O. Johnson (Verna), of Gainesville, Florida; and
Mrs. Emmeral Johnson Latimer of Rubonia, Florida; loving nieces, nephews, extended family, dear friends and her Sorors of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Visitation will be 4pm-6pm, Wednesday, February 23, 2022, at Westside Funeral Home Chapel in Palmetto, FL.
Funeral service on Thursday,
February 24, 2022, Westside Funeral Home at 10:00 A.M.
Interment at Mansion Memorial Park in Ellenton, FL.
Services rendered by Westside Funeral Home 941-722-4960.
