Ruby was born in Glasgow, KY on December 14, 1958, to Hubert Norris and Joanne Groce.
She enjoyed genealogy and music, especially country. Most of all she loved her family, kids, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was married to the former Burton Brocklehurst, and he preceded her in death on December 3, 1985.
Ruby is survived by son, James (Jessica) Brocklehurst Sr. of Greenville, PA; daughter, Lisa (Christopher) Hurt of Burkesville, KY; Two Sisters, Debbie Hasch, Wonda Watkins; 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
In addition to her father and husband, she was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Casidy Brocklehurst and niece, Twana Meana.
