Ruby Nell Miller

CENTRAL CITY - Ruby Nell Miller, 85, of Central City, died Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at 4:50AM at her home. Mrs. Miller was born August 11, 1925 in Muhlenberg County. She was a homemaker and of the Presbyterian faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Miller; son, J.C. Penrod; grandchild Penny Wood; and great-grandchild Joseph Paul Turpen. Survivors include sons Johnny (Betty) Miller of Powderly, Hershel (Teresa) Miller of Greenville, and Dallas (Diane) Miller and Paul Richard (Tallie) Miller, all of Central City; daughters Carolyn (Jewell) Wood of Beech Creek, Marilyn (Peter) Davenport of Trenton, KY, and Lajuan (Leslie) Pride of Sturgis; 18 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Funeral services will be Thursday, March 17, 2011 at 1:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Pastor Mike DeArmond officiating. Burial in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery.
