Ruby Newcomb Obituary
In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Willis Newcomb; daughter, Lisa Nunley; son-in-law, Johnny Poston and several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her daughters, Bernice Poston and Kim Ray and husband Thomas; grandchildren, Cruise Nunley, Joey (Lindsey) White, Landon (Courtney) White, Jonathan Ray, Cassandra Ray and Keaton Sullivan; great grandchildren, Matt, Kobi, and Braxton Nunley, Lexy, Jaxon, Izzy, and Gabby White, Jarelynn, Madison, Maeleigh, Teagan, and Lincoln White; special feline companion, Mickey; sisters, Lillian Cantrell and Melissa Mullins; brothers, James "Ped" (Elizabeth) Mullins, Keith (Cindy) Mullins, and Ricky (Anita) Mullins; special friend, Vickie Cole.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, January 15, in the Owens Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Donald Musick officiating.
Interment will follow in the Mountain View Cemetery in Bristol, Va.
Pallbearers will be Cruise Nunley, Joey White, Landon White, Jonathan Ray, Matt Nunley, and Kobi Nunley.
Honorary pallbearers will be Keaton Sullivan, Jaxon White, Braxton Nunley, and Lincoln White.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, at the funeral home one hour before the service.
