Ruby Patton Obituary
Born Saturday, June 21, 1947 in Dyersburg, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Marvin C. Phillips and the late Mary Lee Coleman Phillips. Mrs. Patton was a retired employee of Northwest Tennessee Foot Clinic.
Cremation services for Mrs. Patton are under the direction of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.
She is survived by her husband, Travis North of Dyersburg, Tennessee; two sons, Billy Patton, Jr. (Linda) of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Cory Patton of Dyersburg, Tennessee; two daughters, Dee Dillahay (Dwayne) of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Lisa Alexander of Dyersburg, Tennessee; one brother, Marvin E. Phillips of Dyersburg, Tennessee; four grandchildren, Hilliary Simpson (Chris), Alyson Patton (Trevor), Morgan Wall (Ryan) and April Brisentine (Wendell, Jr.) and seven great-grandchildren, Payton, Bryson, Kayden, Slayton, Emersyn, Easton and Ellie.
In addition to her parents she was preceded by one sister, Mary Lou Lepping.
The family asks that memorial contributions be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Hospital, P. O. Box # 1000, Department 142, Memphis, Tennessee 38101-9908.

My sincere condolences to the family. Ruby & Marvin are very well embedded in my childhood memories. So sad to hear that she's no longer with us, but a great pleasure to have known her.
