Ruby Piercy Obituary
Ruby Jane Morris Piercy, age 82, of Nebo, passed away on Friday, March 21, 2025 at Deer Park Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Ruby was born in McDowell County on April 09, 1942 to the late Irby Morris and the late Elda Johnson Morris. She is also preceded in death by all her siblings and her son Danny Leon Davis.
She would put her creative abilities to work by decorating homes and planting flowers in her flower garden. She was also known as an amazing baker, which her family and friends could attest to. Ruby was a wonderful mother and will be greatly missed.
Ruby is survived by her daughter; Trena Nanny, her two grandchildren, Ashley Nicole Davis and Shawn Edward Davis and her five great grandchildren.
No services are planned at this time.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Friendship Home for Women and Children – Food Distribution Center @ 124 Fleming Ave., Marion, NC 28752.
