Ruby Annette Saiz

It is with great sadness that the family of Ruby A (Mascarena) Saiz age 61 announces her passing on April 10, 2026. She was a resident of Belen, New Mexico. A beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Ruby lived a life filled with faith, compassion, and kindness.
Ruby is survived by her parents Tino and Betty Mascarena, her sisters Judy and Juan Gonzales, Cindy and Paul Aragon, Molly Mascarena, Sophia Mascarena, Angie Mascarena, Stephanie Mascarena, and brother Jon Mascarena. A very special Uncle Joe Mascarena. Her companion Kenny Saiz, her godchildren Lisa Cevantes, Jeremy Mascarena, Kathleen Barger, Jacob (Jr) Barger, Michel Mascarena and Robert Sartin whom she loved dearly along with her fur baby Bella. Along with many nieces and nephews.
Ruby is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Justo and Josefita Mascarena and maternal grandparents Ray and Lee Vana Hodge, brother John Cope, and sister Elizabeth Cope.
Although Ruby had many struggles throughout her life, she never stopped striving to be the best person she could be. She loved God and her family with all her heart. She kept her faith till the end. She was very loved and will be greatly missed.
A memorial service for Ruby will take place at In His Presence Ministry Church, at 19398 HWY 314 Belen, 87002, on Friday, April 24, 2026, at 11:00 am
