Ruby Teel Obituary
Ruby Nell "Boots" Teel passed away July 13, 2025 at the age of 79. She was born March 13, 1946 to the late Joe House and Myrtle Strickland House.
She was preceded in death by her siblings, Mary Jo Losse, Elgin House, Myrtle “Ikie” Lawrence, Christine Anderson, Patsy Sims and Judy Ann House; special niece, Jeannie House.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Roger Dale Teel; son, Ray (Sonya) Teel; siblings, Edna Jean House and Jerry (Thelma) House; brother-in-law, Charles (Diane) Teel; sister-in-law, Nancy (Doug) Nichols; special friend, Melanie Boutwell and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Thursday, July 17, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with Judge Bob Armstrong and Pastor David Nichols officiating. A private burial will follow at New Live Oak. Visitaiton will begin at the funeral home, beginning at 9:00 a.m., prior to the service.
