Rudolph Howard Smith III

I met Rudy in 1989 or 90 on a construction site in Pasco County and we've been freinds ever since. We worked together throughout the years and always stayed in touch with each other. Our kids were born within months of each other, we both loved fishing, gardening, and had many other things in common. We were both living the retired life after decades in the construction business.
