Larry "Russell" Brock, 75, husband of Patty McCrosky Brock, of Harrodsburg, died Monday, April 3, 2023, at the Select Specialty Hospital, Danville. Born March 19, 1948, in Pulaski County, he was the son of the late Raymond Taylor and Clarice (Prather) Brock. He was a life long Farmer and a member of the Salvisa Baptist Church. Russell was also a U.S. Army veteran.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, Patty, include: one daughter, Stephanie Dawn Brock and a son, Russell Patrick (Sonya, "Sissy") Brock both of Harrodsburg, KY; two sisters, Lois Jane "Janie" Lacefield of Lawrenceburg, KY and Sharon Rae Tyler (Dennis) of Harrodsburg, KY; grandchildren, Levi Thompson Brock (McKenzie), Zachary Chase Brock (Allison), Kennedy Taylor Williams and William Evan Likins (Ashley);
great grandchildren, Kaeson Martin, Karsyn Martin, Bennett Brock, Raelynn, Schyler Austin Likins, Colin Daniel Likins, Jaxten Carson Likins and Rowan Carter Likins. Russell was preceded in death a brother Darrell Brock and a sister Carolyn Ann Henson.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, April 6, 2023, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by John David Lane and Jonathan Jones. Burial with Military Honors will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg, KY. Visitation will be 5 - 8 PM, Wednesday, at Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY.
Pallbearers will be:Levi and Zachary Brock, William Evan Likins, Gregory Scott Henson, Mark Allen Henson and Kevin Brock Henson. Honorable Pallbearers are: Kennedy Williams, Danny Brock, Richard McCrosky, Chris Goodlett, Anthony Hamlin, Howard Fallis, Dennis Tyler and Matthew Tyler
Memorial donations are asked to go to the Salvisa Baptist Church, PO Box 75, 138 Kirkwood Rd., Salvisa, KY 40372
