Russell was predeceased by his great-grandson: Cooper R. Tripp.
Funeral services and interment are private.
If desired, donations may be offered to St. Peters Lutheran Church, 4300 Church Road, Hampstead, MD 21074.
Arrangements are by the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., Manchester, MD.
