Cherished husband, father, Poppy and brother, Russ Stoneburner, 58 of Branson, passed away on Saturday, December 6, 2025 at his home.

Born, Russell Blake Stoneburner on September 6, 1967 in Independence, MO, he was one of six children born to Loren W. Stoneburner, Sr. and Patricia D. (Baltzley) Stoneburner Lugenbell. His family moved from Independence to Branson 48 years ago.

On July 27, 1985, Russ married the love of his life, Renèe Moore at Hilltop Church of God in Kirbyville. They were blessed with four children and a life filled with love and treasured memories.

Russ displayed a natural ability for understanding mechanical systems. Working on small engines wasn't just a hobby but a source of satisfaction. He was also an accomplished and trusted satellite technician, working many years in satellite television.

Russ will be deeply missed by his family: wife, Renèe Stoneburner; children, Joshua Stoneburner & wife Rebecca, Patricia Gideon & husband Mark, Jonathan Stoneburner & wife Julie, and Jacob Stoneburner; his brothers, Thomas Mings, Loren "Bud" Stoneburner, Jr., and Jerry Stoneburner; his sister, Debbie Barbour; his grandchildren, Trevor, Zoey, Penny, Theron, Anna, Vivian, Mia, Jaxon, Avary, Addy, Sophia, Colten, Serenity, Madalyn, Caleb, Gabe, Nevaeh, Everly; and great grandbaby, Bane as well as many extended family members and friends.

Russ was preceded in death by his parents, Loren Stoneburner, Sr. and Patricia Lugenbell; and one brother, Lowell Mings.

A celebration of Russ's life will be held on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 2:00 pm at The Grove Christian Church, 116 Pathway, Branson, MO.
