Russell Thielges Obituary
Rusty attended schools in both Jamestown NY and Erie, PA, receiving his GED. He worked as a baker at Tilero Bakery and at Paul Fleming's Chimney and Stove Service.
Rusty often said his greatest joy was being a stepfather.
Russell is survived by his wife Cheliss Nicholas, his brother, Ricky Silsby of Jamestown, his cousin, Paul Fleming of Jamestown, his stepdaughters, Teela Nicholas and CJ Marshall and his stepson, Thomas Nicholas. Also surviving are several cousins.
Russell was preceded in death by his mother, Rachael Thompson on January 18, 1990, his brother, Charles Thielges on May 1, 2022, and his grandmother, Mary A Long on January 6, 1988.
Arrangements entrusted to Riccardi's Hubert Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held on Friday July 25, 2025, from 4pm-6pm at New Creation AG Church 116 S. Main St Jamestown NY 14701.
Cremation will be private.

Omg this is so unreal! My heart is shattered once again. Love u cuzzo may u no longer be in pain. You had the best wife in this world. She always made sure you were a ok. Love ya till we meet again
