Ms. Russia Lawanna Sebree

Russia Lawanna Sebree age 45, beloved daughter of Russell L. Sebree and Wanda E. Rucker Sebree, was born in Hopkinsville Kentucky on January 16, 1980. Russia transitioned from this life peacefully on November 4, 2025 in Jacksonville, Florida. Though her time on earth was far too short, her life was filled with love and laughter. Russia has left a lasting impression on her family and many others with her charismatic and outgoing personality.
Russia was a member of the Showers of Blessings Harvest Center.
Russia loved for her family unconditionally. Especially her boys whom she loved dearly. Russia loved to support and cheer for her boys on and off of the football field. She also enjoyed cooking and shopping.
As a true fashionista, Russia always kept up with the latest fashions and trendy hair styles. Russia was a cosmologist and an entrepreneur at heart. She was blessed to have owned and operated Escalade Hair Salon and Barbershop and Russia's Exquisite Blessed Hands Hair Salon and Barbershop. She also sold designer bags and accessories.
Russia was preceded in death by paternal grandparents Susie Bell Sebree, James Sebree, Laura Sebree and maternal grandparents Ethel J. Jones, James E. Rucker Sr.
Russia is survived by her parents Russell L. (Greta) Sebree, and Wanda E. Rucker Sebree (Gainesville, FL)
Sons: Anderson James Sebree Perry II and Landon Channing Isaiah Gaines (Gainesville, FL)
Brothers: Russell DeWayne Sebree (Gainesville, FL), Jeremy Sebree (Gainesville, FL), Justin Sebree (Jacksonville, FL), Jason Sebree (Gainesville, FL)
Maternal Grandparents: Rev. Dr. Robert L. (Paulette) Jones (Hopkinsville, KY), aunts, uncles, a host of cousins, family and friends. All will cherish her precious memory forever.
