She was one of the nicest people I had ever known. To me she was like an auntie. She would take my mom and I places and we always shopped together. If I didnt go she would always come back with my mom and bring me something. She sometimes slept over my house and went places with us the next day.She always gave the best advice. She was so smart. It had been awhile since I had seen her because of specific reasons. When I heard she passed on I was in disbelief. At first I didnt know what to think. The day of her viewing and burial came and it all hit me. She was actually gone. And I would never be able to make those same memories I had made with her before. From there on out I couldnt stop thinking about her time spent on Earth with my family and I. I cried and cried and realized how much she actually meant to me. Its been 2 days and I still dont feel like myself again. I still get random moments where I start balling my eyes out remembering how Im never gonna get to ask her for fashion advice. Auntie Ruth, youll be deeply missed. I still haven't coped with your loss. I can only imagine what your actual family is going through. I know now you are with God and you will be watching over us all. God bless your soul and may you rest in perfect peace.

To My Dearst Ruth
I am heart broken to hear that you are not here with us, but I am comforted to know that I had the privilege and honor to call you my cousin and friend. Your smile, your beauty and spunk will always be with me. May you rest now until we meet again. I will love you forever.
