Ruth Dix Obituary
Ruth Dix, age 86, passed away on January 13, 2024.
She was born January 14, 1937, to the Donald and Ethel (Jackson) Vestal in Hastings, IA. Ruth graduated from Cromwell High School and had been a member of Saint Mark United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, G.E. "Charlie" Dix; brother, Roger Vestal; sister, Donna Campbell.
Ruth is survived by her children, Cheryl (William) Butler, Eric Dix, Mark (Jackie) Dix, Andrew Dix, and Paula (Kevin) Sass; brother, Lloyd (Joanne) Vestal; grandchildren and great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 16, 2024.
Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 17, 2024. Memorials are suggested to The Muscular Dystrophy Association or the Alzheimer's Association.
