I met Ms. Ruth who was a long time friend if my Grandmother. ( Juanita Phipps) My deepest condolences to her family and friends. She was a very sweet lady.

Ruth was a sweet lady who will be missed! Always enjoyed visiting her! My Mom talked with her most days and will miss her friend!
