Mrs. Ruth Fuller Bullock, age 93, of the Holt’s Corner Community, died on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 in Columbia, TN. She was born in Marshall County, TN, and was a daughter of the late Harold Fuller and Ocia Lee Barnes Fuller. She was a homemaker and a member of Holt’s Corner Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Edward “Nick” Bullock in 2017, a daughter, Kathy Haynes, a grandchild, Katie Bullock, sisters, Christine Cothran, Jo Manier, Nancy Fuller, Linda Fuller, and brothers, Tom Fuller, Gordon Fuller, and Buster Fuller.
Mrs. Ruth absolutely loved her family, especially her grandchildren. She had a passion for growing flowers. She truly enjoyed history and working on genealogy. She loved her community of Holt’s Corner and had many precious memories there!
Mrs. Bullock is survived by her loving children, John H. (Carolyn) Bullock of Castalian Springs, TN, Jerry W. (Karen) Bullock of Jacksonville, FL, Kenny (Debbie) Bullock of Murfreesboro, TN, Jan (Duane) Floyd of Chapel Hill, TN, Laurie (Troy) Crowell of Cornersville, TN; son-in-law, Jeff Haynes of Chapel Hill, TN; 19 grandchildren, Kelly Thomas, Robyn Paglio, Meri Haynes-Savage, Joy Hall, Jeremy Haynes, Missy Bullock, Tess Grider, Josh Floyd, Jessica Fuhs, Jacob Floyd, Brittney Klaren, Jamie Crowell, Jordan Crowell, Denise Cheek, Stacie Harris, Dawn Molloy, Brandy Moore, Sean Cheek, Bridgette Cheek; 28 great grandchildren; brothers, Allen (Mary Fuller) of Murfreesboro, TN, and Dan (Betty Ruth) Fuller of Triune, TN.
Visitation with the family will be on Monday, July 1, 2024 from 11 AM until 1 PM at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will be conducted at 1 PM on Monday, July 1, 2024 in the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Chatman officiating. Interment will follow at Riggs Cemetery in the Holt’s Corner Community.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Holt’s Corner Baptist Church, c/o Annette Trout, 2584 Beasley Rd., Chapel Hill, TN 37034.
Active pallbearers will be Josh Floyd, Jacob Floyd, Jeremy Haynes, Jamie Crowell, Jordan Crowell, Landon Haynes, and Ryan Floyd.
