Ruth M. Hlavac, 94, of Danbury, wife of the late William J. Hlavac, died on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at Danbury Hospital.
Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 11 AM in the Jowdy-Kane Funeral Home, 9 Granville Ave., Danbury, with the Rev. Gregg D. Mecca officiating. Burial will follow in Wooster Cemetery, Danbury. Friends will be received in the Jowdy-Kane Funeral Home on Tuesday, from 9:45AM to 10:45AM. Contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the A.S.P.C.A.
