Ruth was a woman known for her strong work ethic and determined spirit. Extremely hardworking throughout her life, she faced every responsibility with dedication and resilience. She also found great joy in traveling, with a special fondness for trips to Las Vegas. Above all else, Ruth cherished her family, especially her beloved grandchildren, who were the light of her life.

She is survived by her devoted daughter, Jacqueline Jones and her husband, Edwin; her two grandsons, Christopher and Timothy, whom she loved deeply; and her sister, Mary Steenberge and her husband, Cliff. Ruth was predeceased by her brothers, Thomas Bessette and his wife Barbara, Erwin Bessette; and her sisters, Kathleen Levesque and her husband Harold, Glorina Favaro and her husband Donald, and Beatrice Boyer.

Ruth's memory will live on through the love she gave, the strength she showed, and the close bonds she shared with her family. She will be lovingly remembered by all who knew her and carried forever in the hearts of those she leaves behind. Her family will gather privately to remember and honor her life.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Station Three at Autumn Lake Healthcare at New Britain for their compassion, kindness, and dedicated care. To share a memory with her family please visit us at www.duksa.net
