Ruth Ann Silberholz

Ruth Ann (Pauley) Silberholz, 86, of Suffolk, VA passed away at home on September 3, 2024. She was the daughter of Earl and Ruth Pennington Pauley. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 63 years, Joseph Silberholz and her sister Shelby Procopio. She was a loving wife and mother, everyone that knew her loved her. She never met a stranger and could strike up a conversation with anyone. She was as selfless as they come.
She is survived by her sister; Dorothy June Hall, her brother; Earl "Sonny" Pauley, her children and grandchildren.
A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at 10 AM at St. Mary of the Presentation Catholic Church, 202 S. Broad St., Suffolk, VA 23434. A reception will be held at the church immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Mary of the Presentation Catholic Church, Buildings and Grounds Fund. R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home, Downtown Suffolk Chapel is serving the family.
