Gram Cracker was the best grandma any child could ask for. I am pretty sure that we all hold the record for most rounds of mini golf and go cart laps at Cerv's. As well as most miles walked around the Omaha Zoo.
Between broken windows, Dustin electricuting himself trying to fix the light we broke and multiple other ocurrences I can't imagine why she wanted us to come back every weekend but I am sure glad she did.
We love you Gram Cracker and we will miss you very much.

Ruth was a great friend and neighbor to my grandparents, Bill and Mildred Marshall. They used to get a kick out of Ruth's grandchildren walking right in their front door (couldn't reach the doorbell) to check things out. My grandmother suffered from Parkinson's Disease for more than 20 years, and Ruth often took care of her when my grandfather was out of town. He used to say that Ruth and my grandmother could sit together in the same room for hours and not say a thing. They didn't need to. The world is a lesser place without her.

Dear Denny and Kim,
My heart goes across the miles to you and your family and friends. Your Mom was such a sweetheart of a neighbor. So very kind, generous and humble. There were countless times that I went up and down your hill and so many times I saw her out on your porch and she always would waive, smile and greet me with a kind word. Denny, you were always the same way! I never knew if you were having a bad day...always positive and a ready smile at school! God Bless you all during this time of reflection of her blessed life and I hope the beautiful memories always stay right beside you in your hearts and minds to help comfort you. I pray for the Lord's peace for you all.
(Luke 24:50-53) I am in Seattle but I will be there in spirit Saturday and light a candle in your Mom's honor. She was truly an inspiration with her graceful ways.
Love, Cindy Golden-Burgett

Ruth was so very good to my Grandparents who lived next door, the Marshalls. I enjoyed the times I did spend with her. She was a very nice lady and will be very missed.

Dennis and Kim.
So sorry to hear of your loss. Your Mother was a icon on Harrison and Hall St and she treated me like I was one of her own. She was always so thoughtful and caring for my mother in her final years. A wonderful woman who leaves a lifetime of memories for us all.
