Ruth Catherine Troyer, 70, of Warsaw, formerly of Florence, passed away Friday, May 17, 2024, at home with her family by her bedside. She was born June 20, 1953, in Dayton, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Walter Glover and Betty Wilson Glover. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jacob Troyer, her great-grandsons, Jason and Jordan Johnson, and her brother, Walter Glover. She is survived by her daughter and son in law, Buffy and Shane Williams; her grandchildren, Cody Williams, Joni Williams, Alex Johnson, Belle Johnson, Hayley Romans and Gabrielle Williams; her great-grandchildren, Mallorie and McKinley Williams, her brothers, Eugene, Jimmy, Mike, David and Mark Glover, and a host of family and friends. She was dedicated and hard worker. She worked at Florence Park Care Center as a cook for 26 years.
Visitation will be Saturday May 25 from 5-7pm, with services being held at 7PM at Floral Hills Funeral Home, with Shane Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens 11 AM Tuesday, May 28, 2024.
