Ruthie Mae Williams

Our dear mother Ruthie "Ms. Tot" Williams sadly passed away on July 14, 2023, at the age of 85. She was a wonderful mother, who was always there when we needed her. She put us first and she was the heart and soul of our family. Anyone who knew her children knew that she was a star in their eyes. Mother was the central figure in our lives.
She worked tirelessly to provide opportunities for her family to excel in life. She cared deeply for her family, friends and neighbors. She made time for everyone. She always ensured that whoever crossed her threshold was safe, fed and happy in her home.
Ruthie "Ms. Tot" was preceded in death by; her husband of 56 years: Ned Williams, Jr; and her: son Nathaniel. She is survived by her five children, three daughters-in-law, seventeen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren and a host of children, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
