Ryan Adam Augustine

Ryan Adam Augustine, age 34, of Gibsonia, tragically passed away on May 27, 2023. Born in Pittsburgh, PA on August 3, 1988, son of Christine Bolette Augustine and the late Ronald A. Augustine, Jr. Beloved brother of Ronald A. Augustine III, Dr. Andrew A. Augustine, and Kira Augustine-Wyant (Christopher). Grandson of Delores Schall Bolette. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Ryan was a 2007 graduate of Pine-Richland High School, salutatorian of Oracle Academy at A.W. Beatty Career Center, National Technical Honor Society, Skills USA Web Design 1st Place Local & State Conference, and was a 2012 graduate of LaRoche College with a degree in Computer Science. He worked for many years as a drywall finisher, was a member of local Drywall Finishers Union #2006, and in 2017 was owner of Stine Finishing. Ryan enjoyed dek hockey, music, and writing poetry. He was always making other people happy, was very caring and helpful, used sentimental writings as gifts when he had no money, and donated his hair to cancer charities and tissue to addiction and mental illness research.
Friends received Friday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at Schellhaas Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Ltd., 5864 Heckert Road, Bakerstown. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday at 9:30a.m. in Sts. Martha and Mary Parish, St. Richard Church. Interment will follow in Holy Savior Catholic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations to an addiction charity of choice.
