Sabina Saldaña Obituary
PHARR- Sabina Saldaña, 94, went to be with our Lord on Thursday, February 26, 2026. Mrs. Saldaña was preceded in death by her husband, Jose Guadalupe Saldaña; parents, Inocencio Reyna, and Edubijes Paura; two children, Evaristo ("Buddy") Reyna, and Juan Reyna; one grandchild, Buddy Reyna, one great grandchild, Jake Westfall; two siblings, Guadalupe Reyna and Antonio Paura.
Mrs. Saldaña is survived by her; five children, Everardo ("Eddie) Reyna, Joe (Patricia) Saldaña, Nancy Saldaña, Homero (Diana) Saldaña, and Cindy (Clemente) Gonzalez; twelve grandchildren, Sasha Reyna, Selena Reyna, Vanessa Saldaña, Monica Saldaña, Isaiah Lee Saldaña, Juan "Johnny" Saldaña, Kiana Saldaña, Joshua Saldaña, Grace Saldaña, Alyx Guajardo, Emily Gonzalez, and Matthew Gonzalez; twelve great grandchildren, Layla Reyna, Xyaniah Gutierrez, Buddy Gutierrez, Nyisa Ramirez, Ilaria Ramirez, Gisella Saldaña, Joe Anthony Saldaña, Rya Saldaña, Mason Saldaña, Finn Westfall, Oliver Westfall, and Dominic Guajardo; two siblings, Maria Saenz, and Marta Reyna; numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Chapel service will be at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at Legacy Chapels. Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery in San Juan.
Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
