Visitation and services for Saibert Moua, 58, of Tracy, will take place from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 28, 2023, and 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 29, 2023 at the Horvath Remembrance Center in Tracy. A graveside service will be held mid-morning on Monday, October 30, 2023, at the Tracy Cemetery in Tracy, MN.
Saibert died tragically in an automobile accident with his wife, Mai Yang, on September 20, 2023, near Tracy, MN.
