Sally Buxton

We shared so much more than just a birthday! Hope you have enjoyed all the heavenly music and journeys. I will always miss you!

Sally and I met back in the early 1980's when she was working at MDCC. We shared many a meal tonight including an unintentional "dine and dash" when we met for lunch near campus and got so involved with our conversation that we left without paying. Thankfully a mutual friend of ours happened to be at a nearby table and picked up the tab. I remember going to the zoo with Sally and Lucy who was here for a visit, and down to the Keys. She was a delightful person and a good friend. We lost touch when she left Miami and it was just this week I learned of her passing when she crossed my mind and I looked up her name. You had a life well lived my friend, sorry you did not have the "more" you wanted. I'll see you on the other side.
