Sally Jean Henry, 75, of Isabella, passed away October 8, 2025, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born to Anna (Moreau) and William Nedeau on April 17, 1950.

She married her devoted husband, David Henry, on October 26, 1968. They were married just shy of 57 years.

Sally loved playing cards with friends and family, going to the casino and playing bingo. She truly looked forward to Sunday bingo in Rapid River where she met many friends.

Sally's specialty was cooking and baking. Most enjoyed by family and friends was her chicken rice tomato soup, (slippery jacks) chicken and rolled dumpling soup, fudge, pies, peanut brittle, and breads. She always made sure nobody went home hungry.

Work history was mostly as a cook at Macs bar, Tylene's and Nahma Inn.

Sally is survived by her husband, David John Henry, daughter, Tammy (Scott) Gustafson, and her son, Corey (Christina) Henry in addition to grandchildren, Shawna Bryant (Dan), Christopher Bryant II, Jason Gustafson (Savannah), Payton Gustafson (Adam), Sarah Henry (Ryan), Alexis Henry (Dougy) and Corey Henry Jr. (Sara). Sally especially loved her great-grandchildren, Carter, Jackson, Dawson, Breckin, Brooks, Channing, Elaina, Nick, Caroline, Nev, Janelle, and Daniel.

Thank you to Schoolcraft Memorial Hospice nurses and doctors for your support in keeping Sally comfortable as she lost her battle to cancer.

A graveside service will be held in Isabella at 12:00 pm, Thursday, October 16, 2025 at Moss Lake Cemetery followed by A Celebration of Life at the Isabella Grange Hall.

Fausett Family Funeral Homes is assisting the family with arrangements.
