Sally J. Krevsky, 95, of Piscataway, passed away peacefully at home on October 8, 2025. She was born on May 20, 1930, in Yonkers, NY, to Lewis and Bertha Nathan. Sally graduated from Julia Richman High School in 1948 and attended the Art Students League in NYC. She married Burton Krevsky, of Bayonne, NJ on January 1, 1950 and moved to Piscataway in 1954.
Sally was a devoted wife, mother and caregiver to many family, friends and neighbors. She was a talented artist, loved animals (especially dogs) and was a fan of Broadway musicals.
She was predeceased by her husband, Burton Krevsky, in 2022; a son, Jac Krevsky, in 2009; her son-in-law, Ronald Miskoff, in 2023; and two sisters, Priscilla Halpern and Julia Boyon.
Sally is survived by two daughters, Lori Miskoff, of Edison, and Karen DePierro, and her husband, Thomas, of Somerset,: two grandchildren, Adam and his wife, Amber Miskoff, and Sarah Miskoff and her husband, David Fernandez; and a great-grandchild, Tyler.
The family will receive mourners on Sunday, October 12, 2025, from 9:30-10:30 a.m., at Flynn and Son/ Mitruska Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, NJ 08863. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home, followed by interment in Mount Lebanon Cemetery, Iselin, NJ.
The family will hold shiva on at the home of Lori Miskoff on Sunday afternoon.
