Sally Slack Obituary

Sally was born on June 20, 1944 and passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2017. Sally was a resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma at the time of passing. She was raised and received her education there, graduating from Crooked Oak High School. It was Sally's request that cremation take place with a memorial service to be held at the Central Church of the Nazarene, 7291 East 81 st Street, Tulsa, OK 74135.

What an impact Sally and Leland had on my life! Sally loved well. As a young person growing up in the church I could always count on a smile and supportive words from Sally. She will be remembered and cherished in my heart forever.
