Sully was a terrific friend and associate. Very quiet smart and like all Frattos very hard working. Treated everyone with kindness. He will be missed. RIP my dear friend.

I met Sully before he went to Georga over his brother's house. I shook his hand and that told me he was a very hard worker. To be honest, I lost trach of him.
He sure will be missed by his family and his friend. RIP my friend.

My sincere condolences to the entire Fratto family, I first met Sully around 1990 when I was on the Geneva City Council, he had come up from Georgia to correct spellings of names of war heroes that were on monuments in Pulteney Park, Sully was very skilled at what he did and took every step imaginable to make sure the job was done right and at no cost to the city, thanks again Sully and may you rest in peace, Joe DeCicca
