Sam stood out above all of the kids I have taught in so far as he was compassionate, always tender hearted , and about as bright as any gifted student I have taught...ever. But he was so under the radar that unless you were aware of the dynamics of a Sam in your class, you might overlook him. I am so glad I didn't . Sam was my blessing at Little Mill.
