Samantha A. Haas

Samantha Ann Haas, age 50, passed away unexpectedly on November 25, 2025. Born on March 30, 1975, Sammy joined the Haas family at the age of four and was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, great-aunt, and friend whose joyful spirit touched all who knew her.

Sammy was known for her radiant smile, her unconditional love, and her ability to make everyone she met feel special. She cherished her family deeply and expressed her affection freely and wholeheartedly. Her pure heart and gentle nature brought joy wherever she went, and she will be remembered for the light and warmth she shared throughout her life.

Sammy is survived by her parents, John F. Haas, Sr. and Daryl Haas (née Wolfram); her siblings, Ann Page (née Haas) (Vernon), Katie Rothman (née Haas) (David), John F. Haas, Jr., Elizabeth Suter (née Haas) (Stefan), Margaret Roney (née Haas) (William), Thomas Haas, Rebecca Adkins (née Haas), and the late Peter J. Haas, Sr., and his wife Colleen Haas (née Mahoney). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, all of whom adored her.

Sammy will be remembered for her kindness, her openness, and the joy she brought into every life she touched.

Family and friends are welcome on Tuesday December 2, 2025 from 4-8pm at St. John Funeral Home, 16381 Chillicothe Road, Chagrin Falls, Ohio 44023. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday December 3, 2025 11am at The Church of the Holy Angels,18205 Chillicothe Road, Chagrin Falls, Ohio 44023. Burial to follow at Evergreen Hill Cemetery, Chagrin Falls, Ohio.
